David Blair

David Blair is an Advocate at the Faculty of Advocates since October 2020, with extensive experience in law education and practice. Currently serving as an Ordinary Course Tutor at the University of Edinburgh Law School, David leads tutorials for first-year law students on the European Union Law module. Prior experience includes roles as a Solicitor and Trainee Solicitor at Anderson Strathern, focusing on Healthcare, Public and Regulatory law, as well as various positions in the Scottish Parliament providing research and policy support. David holds a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Edinburgh, complementing a solid foundation in legal knowledge and practice.
