Elaine Smith

Elaine Smith is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Advocate and Devil at the Faculty of Advocates since October 2021. Prior to this role, Elaine worked at Digby Brown Solicitors from May 2010 to September 2021 as an Associate Solicitor, managing a caseload focused on personal injury claims, particularly in the areas of road traffic accidents, accidents at work, and occupiers’ liability claims. Elaine began their legal career as a Solicitor after completing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with honours at the University of Glasgow and a Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Strathclyde.
