Graham Horn

Graham Horn is an experienced Advocate at the Faculty of Advocates, currently serving since October 2022. Prior to this role, Graham held various positions at MacRoberts LLP from September 2012 to September 2022, culminating in the role of Senior Associate in Commercial Dispute Resolution. Graham's expertise includes significant experience in conducting ordinary and commercial litigation in the Sheriff Court and the Outer House of the Court of Session, as well as numerous appeals in higher courts, including the UK Supreme Court. Academic qualifications include a BA in Political Science and Government from the University of California, Berkeley, two degrees from The University of Edinburgh (LLB with Distinction and Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Legal Practice), and an MLitt in International Security Studies from the University of St Andrews.
