Lynsey Morgan

Lynsey Morgan is an Advocate and Devil at the Faculty of Advocates since October 2021, and also serves as a Contributing Writer for the Family Law Bulletin since September 2022. Additionally, Lynsey has been a Volunteer Advisor at the Scottish Child Law Centre since April 2022. Previously, Lynsey worked at Beveridge & Kellas from July 2015 to August 2021, where roles included Senior Solicitor and Notary Public, Solicitor and Notary Public, and Trainee Solicitor within the Litigation Department. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Glasgow, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Edinburgh Napier University, and modules in International Private Law, Civil Law, and Jurisprudence from the University of Edinburgh Law School. Lynsey attended Hazlehead Academy from 2003 to 2009.
