Maurice O'Carroll

Maurice O'Carroll is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background in law, currently serving as an Advocate at the Faculty of Advocates since July 1995, focusing on reparation, planning, employment, and commercial law. In addition, Maurice has been practicing as a Barrister at 33 Bedford Row - Barristers & Arbitrators and The Honourable Society of the Middle Temple since March 2019. Previously, Maurice worked as an International Trade Law Advisor at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP from March 1992 to March 1994. Maurice holds an LLB and Dip LP in Law from The University of Edinburgh, where studies were completed from 1984 to 1989, and attended Cults Academy from 1978 to 1984.
