Sean White

Sean White is an Advocate at the Faculty of Advocates, specializing in commercial litigation with a focus on construction and property disputes, commercial contracts, and professional and clinical negligence. Prior to this role, Sean served as a Senior Solicitor and Solicitor in commercial dispute resolution at Shepherd and Wedderburn from August 2021 to September 2023. Sean's extensive legal experience began at Allan McDougall Solicitors, progressing from Legal Assistant to Associate Solicitor over an eight-year span from June 2013 to August 2021. Sean holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Diploma in Legal Practice, both obtained from The University of Edinburgh.
