Bm. Purwanto

BM. Purwanto, Ph.D., is a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada, with an academic career spanning from 1987 to the present. Purwanto has held significant leadership positions, including Vice Dean from December 2006 to December 2016 and Director of the Master of Science and Doctorate Program from 2001 to 2006, as well as Chair of the Department of Management. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Business Policy from the University of the Philippines (1995-2001), an MBA in Marketing from Western Michigan University (1989-1991), and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Gadjah Mada (1980-1984). Additional training includes a short course in Local Government Finance from the University of Birmingham in 1992.
