Stephen Harte

Stephen Harte is an accomplished medical professional and executive coach with over two decades of experience in healthcare and leadership development. Currently serving as Programme Director at NIMDTA since August 2013, Stephen oversees GP specialty training across all postgraduate years and co-leads resilience and leadership training nationally. As a GP appraiser, Stephen conducts annual peer reviews and supports colleagues with professional development. An associate at TOWARD Ltd and an executive coach for the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management, Stephen provides coaching to healthcare professionals to enhance their leadership skills. Additionally, Stephen has been a sessional General Practitioner within the NHS since 2009 and has a strong background in various medical specialties. Educational credentials include a Masters in Medical Education from Queen's University Belfast and several diplomas relating to coaching and medical leadership.
