Joelle Chlela

Joelle Chlela started their career as an Administrator at CEDIM from January 2008 to February 2010. Joelle then worked at Alfa Telecommunications, where they held different roles. From January 2011 to February 2015, they worked as a Customer Service Representative. Starting from February 2015 and ending in April 2018, they were an OPS Monitoring Engineer, responsible for monitoring computer systems and identifying and solving issues. Finally, from April 2018 until June 2021, they served as a Core Architecture Engineer, contributing to the development and evolution of mobile network architecture and implementing optimization measures. Currently, they work as a Senior Consultant at FADEL, where their responsibilities include determining functionality requirements, improving customer experiences, managing cross-functional teams, and understanding product selling points.

Joelle Chlela completed their Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Telecommunications Engineering from Université Anthonine Baabda (UA) from 2009 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Saint coeur hadathh from 1995 to 2008, where they obtained their SV degree. The field of study for their SV degree is not specified.
