Matheus Rocha Faganello

Matheus Rocha Faganello is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience since 2001. Currently serving as a Partner at Faganello Advogados since 2007, Matheus also holds positions as a Professor of Postgraduate Studies at UniRitter and teaches Administrative Law and Constitutional Law at FADERGS. Prior professional experience includes roles as an Attorney at Veirano Advogados and as a Trainee at Baker & McKenzie and other firms. Matheus holds a Master’s degree in Public Law from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul and a Specialist degree in Procedure Law from Academia Brasileira de Direito Processual Civil, alongside a Law degree from the same university.
