Shara Celi has extensive experience in restaurant and bar management, currently serving as General Manager at Fadó Irish Pub since April 2009, previously holding roles as Floor Manager and Server/Supervisor. In these capacities, Shara excels in high-volume restaurant management, fostering positive guest and employee relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Prior experience includes a position as Client Relations Coordinator at David P. Meyer & Associates, providing administrative support to attorneys, and as a Legal Assistant at Brunenkant & Cross LLP. Shara holds a Paralegal Certificate from Capital University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from East Carolina University.
