Sebastian Benitez's work experience includes being the Director of Culinary Operation at Faena Group since 2015. Prior to that, they held the same position at Faena Hotel Buenos Aires from 2012 to 2015, where they also worked as a Senior Sous Chef from 2010 to 2012. Before joining Faena Hotel Buenos Aires, they worked as a Personal Chef at Familia Faena from 2007 to 2015, where they were responsible for creating menus for special VIP events and daily meals for a minimum of 20 people. SEBASTIAN also worked as a Chef de partie at Faena Hotel + Universe from 2007 to 2010, as a Chef Stager at Celler de Can Roca in 2009, as a Jefe de partida at Chef Mauro Colagreco in 2008, and as a Chef commis at Hilton from 2007 to 2007. Sebastian began their career as a Chef at Safran restaurant in 2007 and Archie's pizzeria from 2006 to 2006.

Sebastian Benitez attended the Instituto Argentino de Gastronomía from 2006 to 2008, where they pursued a degree in Profesional Gastronómico.
