Jette Lydersen

Jette Lydersen is currently the EVP Chief People Officer at Faerch Group, responsible for global HR strategy development. With previous experience at Carlsberg Group as Group VP covering various aspects of talent management, Jette also held roles at Vestas focusing on talent management, learning & development, and HR process excellence. Jette's academic background includes a Ph.D in Organizational Design and a Master's degree in Negotiation.
