Martin Tucker

Martin Tucker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and recruitment across various sectors. As the Managing Partner and Founder of Faerfield since June 2019, Martin has played a crucial role in addressing leadership challenges within organizations. Since September 2020, Martin has served as the Chair of Stourport Hockey Club, overseeing a prominent club known for its robust junior program and regional teams. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Executive at GatenbySanderson from August 2006 to December 2017, and various leadership roles at Veredus Executive Search, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Hays. Martin holds a BA (Hons) in Modern History and Politics from the University of Birmingham and A levels from Royal Grammar School, High Wycombe.
