Luiz Mattos

Luiz Mattos is a Digital Transformation Architect at ArcelorMittal since November 2007, with a focus on innovation, technology, and business strategy to drive digital transformation. Currently functioning as a Digital Transformation Project Manager, Luiz has successfully completed over 10 Power BI projects within a year, addressing various analytical needs. Previous roles at ArcelorMittal included Controlling Specialist, contributing to budget analysis, forecasting, and implementation of internal controls. Prior to ArcelorMittal, Luiz worked as an Auditor and Consultant at Baker Tilly Brasil and gained experience as an intern at Banco do Brasil S/A. Luiz holds an MBA in Controlling and Finance from Fucape Business School and a BS in Accounting from Universidade de Vila Velha, as well as a BS in Business Administration from Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo. Additionally, Luiz serves as a university professor at Pós FAESA.
