Phillip Jones

Phillip Jones currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer at Sun Gro Horticulture, a provider of professional-grade growing media with 22 facilities across North America. Previously, Phillip held the position of COO at S & S Seeds Inc. and spent over a decade at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company in various leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Professional Products and International Consumer. During his tenure, Phillip managed the international division, led North American sales, and successfully stabilized and grew the global Roundup business. Prior experience includes serving as Business Director for Roundup UK at Monsanto Company, where Phillip executed strategies that doubled sales in two years. Phillip earned an HND in Business and Finance from the University of Sunderland.
