Johan Lembre is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technology and sales leadership within the lighting and telecommunications industries. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Fagerhult Group since August 2022, Johan is spearheading the smart lighting initiative and promoting sustainability in the lighting sector. Prior experience includes positions as CEO at EARIN and Pacom Systems, where Johan focused on strategic development and profitability. Johan also held various leadership roles at Axis Communications from 1999 to 2020, culminating in the role of Director, Global Sales Solution, driving business development and go-to-market strategies globally. Earlier in Johan's career, significant roles at Ericsson, including Director of Sales for Central and Far East Asia and Market Analysis Manager, contributed to a strong foundation in sales and market understanding. Johan holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Linköping University.
