Jared Hothan serves as the Director of Engineering at Fagron Sterile Services since April 2018, overseeing turnkey engineering for two 503b facilities that produce sterile injectables. Responsibilities include conducting maintenance periods, compliance gap identification, long-range planning, and the installation of automated filling equipment. Jared worked at Pfizer from August 2015 to April 2018 as the Facilities & Utilities Manager, managing cGMP utility systems and ensuring zero OSHA recordable events for two consecutive years. Prior experiences include positions as Senior Facilities Manager at Baker Hughes and Project Manager at TDIndustries, demonstrating a strong background in facility management and mechanical construction. Jared holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Construction Management and Construction Science and Management from Kansas State University.
