Els Vandecandelaere

Els Vandecandelaere is Global Head of HR Integrated Supply Chain, Quality & Regulatory, Services & Solutions Delivery at Philips. She joined Philips in 2021 and is based in the US, having started her professional career at Johnson & Johnson, holding various leadership roles of increasing responsibility in HR in Belgium, the US, the UK, and Switzerland. Els Vandecandelaere holds a master’s degree in organizational psychology from the Catholic University Leuven (Belgium).
