Paweł Nowicki

Paweł Nowicki has had extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Paweł began their career in 1998 as an Office Worker at FHU Belma-Wind. Paweł then worked as a Tendering Clerk at Polska Grupa Farmaceutyczna S.A. in 2003. In 2004, they joined Capgemini where they held positions such as Junior Accountant, Accountant, Team Lead, Junior Service Delivery Manager, and Service Delivery Manager. Since 2012, Paweł has been with Fagron, starting as a Financial Controller and moving up to become the Head of Controlling and Finance Department. Currently, they hold the role of Finance Director. Throughout their career, Paweł has gained extensive experience in financial management, controlling, accounting, reporting, and team management. Paweł has been responsible for managing multiple entities, preparing budgets, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with statutory and corporate requirements.

Paweł Nowicki has a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Banking from Krakow University of Economics, which they obtained between 1998 and 2002. Paweł then pursued a Master's degree in the same field at Krakow University of Economics from 2002 to 2004. Later, from 2006 to 2007, Paweł completed a Postgraduate Degree in Finance and Accounting at the Krakowska Szkoła Biznesu UEK (Krakow School of Business KUE).
