F. Yağmur Bütün-Buschalsky

F. Yağmur Bütün-Buschalsky has a diverse work experience beginning in 2012. F. Yağmur started as a Public Relations Assistant at the İstanbul State Opera and Ballet. In 2014, they were a Trainee at the Finnish Forest Research Institute. In 2015, they were a Summer Trainee at the WULS SGGW Warsaw and a Research Assistant at the Georg-August-Universität Göttingen. From 2010-2015, they were a Consulting Member, President of the 40th International Forestry Students' Symposium, and a Council Member at the International Forestry Students' Association. Most recently, in 2021, they were a Sales Engineer and Technical Translator at GIM EXPORT GROUP GmbH & Co. KG. F. Yağmur is currently a Product Manager - Fire Protection at Fagus-GreCon Greten GmbH & Co. KG.

F. Yağmur Bütün-Buschalsky has a long and varied educational history. F. Yağmur attended Darüşşafaka Eğitim Kurumları from 1999 to 2007. F. Yağmur then went on to study Forestry Engineering at Istanbul University from 2009 to 2013, and obtained their Bachelor's Degree in the field. In 2013, they completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Wood Materials Science at the University of Eastern Finland. In 2015, they began their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Wood Biology and Wood Technology at The University of Göttingen, which they are still pursuing. F. Yağmur also completed an exchange semester in Wood Materials Science at the University of Ljubljana in 2009-2010. Additionally, in November 2020, they obtained a Fast Forward Project Management and Productivity Training for Researchers certification from Mind Matters.
