Torben Marhenke

Torben Marhenke began their career in 2009 as a Student Trainee at Fagus-GreCon Greten GmbH & Co. KG, where they went on to serve as a Research and Development Engineer, Product Manager for Ultrasonic Systems, and Team Lead Research and Development. In 2015, they became a Research Associate at Leibniz Universität Hannover. In 2016, they began a research exchange as a PHD Student at Fraunhofer ITWM, and in 2017 they continued their research exchange as a PHD Student at both Empa and ETH Zurich.

Torben Marhenke holds a Doktor Ingenieur (Dr.-Ing.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Leibniz Universität Hannover, which they obtained in 2020. Prior to this, they earned a Master of Science - MS degree in Maschinenbau from the same university in 2014.
