Jen Town

Jen Town is an experienced Project Manager and Quality Assurance Specialist with a strong background in quality control and technical documentation. Currently employed at Fahlgren Mortine since May 2017, Jen provides testing feedback, UX insights, and composes user guides for various clients while ensuring WCAG compliance. Previous roles include Project Manager at thePLAN and Director of Quality Control at inVentiv Creative Studios, among others. Jen holds a Master's Degree in Creative Writing from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from Pennsylvania State University-Erie Campus.
