Jennifer Stern

Jennifer Stern has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources, spanning over 20 years. Most recently, they have been working as the Chief People and Culture Officer at Fahrenheit Advisors since March 2017. Prior to this, they held the position of HR Manager at Impact Makers from September 2015 to March 2017.

Prior to their role at Impact Makers, Jennifer worked as an HR Director at Monument Consulting from July 2014 to July 2015. During this time, they provided HR support to an organization of 50 employees, focusing on performance management, associate relations, benefits, recruiting, and HR compliance. Jennifer also worked with the parent company, Insight Global, on transitioning policies and procedures.

Jennifer's earlier experience includes working as an Organizational Development Consultant at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond from May 2010 to June 2014. Before that, they worked for Circuit City for over a decade in various HR roles, including HR Manager, Recruiting Manager, Associate Relations, and Recruiter, from June 1997 to January 2009.
