Sarah Gobble

Sarah Gobble has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies and roles. Sarah began their career in 1991 at Remedy Intelligent Staffing, where they worked as a Recruiter, Staffing Supervisor, and On-Premise Manager. From there, they moved on to Spherion in 1994, where they served as an On-Premise Manager and On-Premise Retention Director until 2000. In 1995, they joined Goldman Sachs as a Staffing Partnership Director and remained with the company until 2000. Sarah then joined Saratoga Institute in 2000, where they worked as a Human Capital Consultant and Director of Business Development until 2002. Sarah later worked at the Virginia Independent Schools Athletic Association from 2010 to 2012 as an Assistant to the Executive Director. Their most recent position was at Fahrenheit Advisors, where they held the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant. In 2019, they were promoted to the position of Director, Executive Search & Recruiting.

Sarah Gobble attended Randolph-Macon College from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government.
