Thierry S. Huguenin began their work experience in 1992 as the Owner and Founder of TSH aero, Inc., where they specialized in corporate aircraft acquisitions and general aviation consulting. In 2011, they joined Global Wings LLC as an Aviation Business Developer. Later that year, they joined FAI Aviation Group as the Director of Aircraft Sales, Acquisitions, Lease and Management. In 2014, they became the Managing Partner of Ever Horse Farm LLC. Since 2015, they have been the Managing Partner of TSH aviation LLC, a boutique consultancy firm specializing in business aviation consulting and professional services in aircraft acquisitions, jet and helicopter sales, and aviation project management.

Thierry S. Huguenin began their education at Ecole Moser from 1978 to 1982, where they earned a Maturité Fédérale Type D. In 1982, they attended the University of Bern, specializing in Veterinary studies for a year. From 1983 to 1985, Thierry attended Pegasus Flight Center (FTW) & Les Ailes (GVA) flight schools and pilot training, where they obtained a Commercial Pilot Airplane Single and Multiengine Land | Instrument Airplane degree.
