Lisa Heffernan

Lisa Heffernan is an accomplished advertising and media professional with extensive experience in the tourism sector. Currently serving as an Advertising & Media Officer at Fáilte Ireland since June 2023, Lisa is responsible for delivering B2C campaigns that promote domestic short-break destinations in Ireland. Prior to this role, Lisa worked at Tourism Ireland from August 2017 to June 2023, progressing through various positions including Digital & Content Marketing Executive for the USA and Germany, where responsibilities included managing digital marketing activities, paid social media, email marketing strategies, and content creation for consumer websites. Earlier experience includes freelance Spanish tutoring and translation services, as well as roles in food and beverage at The Shelbourne Dublin and Deer Park Golf. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Spanish and Italian from Trinity College Dublin, a Postgraduate Diploma in Global Business Leadership from Technological University Dublin, and a Certified Project Management Diploma.
