In 2019, they worked as an Audit - Financial Services for KPMG and as a Customer Service for ADM VALUE. In 2017, they were a Junior Consultant for TauRes Gesellschaft für Investmentberatung mbH and a Werkstudent for F+B Forschung und Beratung für Wohnen Immobilien und Umwelt.

Johann Lissner completed a Bachelor of Science in International Management from the International School of Management in Germany between 2017 and 2020. In 2019, they also completed a Semester Abroad program at IQS Barcelona, studying Business, Management, Marketing and related support services.
