Rebecca Deegan

Rebecca Deegan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in policy development, public affairs, and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently, Rebecca serves as the Director at Fair By Design and is the Founder & CEO of I have a voice CIC, focusing on engaging and educating the public in political matters. Previously, Rebecca held key positions at the Association of British Insurers, where responsibilities included Chief Sustainability Officer and Head of Protection and Health, managing significant policy initiatives in sustainability and health. Additional experience includes serving as the Director of Policy & Public Affairs at the British Copyright Council and leading policy efforts at the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries. Rebecca holds degrees from the University of Sheffield and Durham University, reflecting a strong foundation in global development and human sciences.
