Carla Harper

Carla joined the Fair Cape group in 2006 as Organizational Development Manager. Her passion for systems coupled with an understanding and knowledge of business processes lead to her appointment in 2012 as head of the Information Technology department.

Her primary role is to ensure that Information Technology functions as a business enabler by driving and implementing the IT strategy. In 2017, after successfully initiating and leading Information Technology into its all-important function within the group, she was appointed to the Board of Directors as Executive Director (ICT).

Carla serves on several committees, including the Human Resource and Risk Management committees.
