FAIR CAPE DAIRIES
Johan joined the Fair Cape Group in 1997 as Factory Manager at Welgegund farm progressing to Technical Production Director. In 2006 he was appointed as the only non-family director for Fair Cape Holdings. He currently holds the title of Chief Operations Officer. Johan has been instrumental in developing new systems and processes for the Fair Cape Group.
Johan is responsible for all production facilities, processing and packaging, quality control and is a subject-matter expert on production matters. Johan is on the Product Steering and Corporate Governance Committee of the Fair Cape Group and has more than 16 years experience in the dairy industry.
