Melt Loubser

Melt is a founding member of the Fair Cape Group established in 1995, and currently the Chief Executive Officer. He has been a driving force in growing the company into a premier supplier of dairy products to the South African market. He has assisted in the design and launch of numerous new dairy products.

Melt is on the Corporate Governance Committee of the Fair Cape Group and has more than 25 years combined engineering, agriculture and business experience. Melt and his board successfully aligned the Fair Cape Group with World-Class Manufacturing principles and driving the Better than World-Class philosophy.
