Jon Ivar Østensen is an experienced technical leader and product manager with a robust background in systems integration, product development, and team management. Currently serving as the Technical Integration Lead at Fair Group since October 2024, Jon Ivar oversees the Integration Team to enhance operational excellence. Previously, Jon Ivar held the position of Head of Product at Skynova, where responsibilities included strategic planning and ROI analysis for SaaS offerings. With a history of roles at Visma, Digiflow AS, and Basware, Jon Ivar has successfully managed product roadmaps, development teams, and project deliveries across various sectors. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Westerdals Oslo ACT and additional training from Boston University and Dale Carnegie Training.
