Tommy Nguyen

Tommy Nguyen is an experienced professional in operations and customer service, currently serving as Teamleder Operations at Fair Group since January 2020, overseeing the customer service and legal processing departments, responsible for personnel management, project work for efficiency improvements, and recruitment. Previously, Tommy held roles at Convene as Opplæringsansvarlig, where responsibilities included training new part-time staff and managing the customer center during absences of the team leader. Earlier experience includes working as an Inkassomedarbeider at Sergel Norge AS and holding positions in customer service and operations at a call center. Tommy holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from BI Norwegian Business School and completed education at Sandefjord Videregående Skole.
