Vadims Hakelis

Vadims Hakelis is currently the Chief Technology Officer and Owner at Cerebus Invest AS. Vadims also serves as the Owner of Fair Group. Prior to this, Vadims worked as a Java Architect at companies like EdiGard AS and Exigen Services, where Vadims was involved in projects related to integration and distribution platforms, brokerage platforms, and whole loan processing. With a Master's degree in Power Plant Protection and Automatics from Riga Technical University, their experience includes leading Java teams and working on projects for internet and mobile banking systems.
