Tracy Gardner is a seasoned board member and advisor with extensive experience in the retail omni-channel sector. Tracy served as the President of the J.Crew brand, leading significant growth during their tenure from 2004 to 2010, and has held various leadership roles in both public and private companies, including CEO of dELiA*s and creative advisor to Gap. Currently, Tracy serves as a board advisor at Fair Harbor and is the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Women In Need, Inc. Tracy is also an Executive Advisor at Alex Mill and a visiting professor at New York University. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Indiana University Bloomington.
