Kate Pljaskovova

Kate Pljaskovova's work experience includes founding and serving as the CEO of Fair HQ, a B2B SaaS platform for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Kate also co-founded Kate Wins and served as a co-founder and Chief of Product at 87%, where they led the research, strategy, and development of mental well-being products. Prior to that, they co-founded and served as CEO of Liwely, a company focused on mental resilience and connection. Kate also worked as a Director at angelcam, where they ran US operations, and as a Partner at dots'n'spaces, a collective of technology professionals. Kate Pljaskovova was also an alumni of the 500 Startups program and worked as a CUX at Wit Dot Media Berlin GmbH. Earlier in their career, they served as the Head of HR, Europe at Vendavo and interned at the Permanent Mission of the Czech Republic to the UN in Geneva.

From 2008 to 2013, Kate Pljaskovova attended Prague University of Economics and Business, where they pursued a Master's degree in International Economic Relations, International Politics, and Diplomacy.
