Bianca Tavella

Bianca Tavella is the Founder & CEO of Fair Shot, a cafe in Covent Garden, London, addressing the high unemployment rate of adults in the UK with learning disabilities. Prior to this, Bianca worked as an Assistant Project Manager at GNDR, and as an Assistant Creative Director at Petersham Nurseries. In addition, Bianca has experience as a Project Assistant at Manos Unidas. Bianca holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Spanish from the University of Exeter.
