Rachel Higgins has a diverse background in the culinary industry, working as a pastry chef, chef, and cake baker and decorator. Rachel transitioned into operations and customer experience before becoming an office manager. Currently, Rachel holds the position of External Events Coordinator at Fair Shot and is pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Psychology & Counselling at The Open University.
