Danielle Spencer is an experienced professional in partnership development and account management within the agricultural sector. Currently at Fair Trade USA since August 2018, Danielle focuses on formulating growth strategies for partners in the produce, floral, and seafood industries, emphasizing domestic certification and enhancing farm workers' welfare through the Fair Trade Certified model. Prior experience includes serving as an Account Manager at Veritable Vegetable, where Danielle managed inside sales and collaborated with a dynamic team to promote organic produce. Danielle also held the position of Operations Manager at La Vie Wellness, overseeing operations across multiple farmers markets, and worked as a Field Technician at Farm Fuel, Inc. Additionally, Danielle gained research experience as an Assistant in the Environmental Studies Department at UCSC, focusing on innovative organic strawberry cultivation methods. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Plant Sciences from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
