Lauren Tolbert

Lauren Tolbert is a seasoned professional in retail and brand partnership development, currently serving as the Director and Head of Factory Partnerships at Fair Trade USA since September 2019. With extensive experience in managing partnerships within the apparel, home goods, cosmetics, and sporting goods sectors, Lauren has a track record of promoting fair trade principles and sustainability. Prior roles include significant positions at Family Dollar where Lauren successfully managed multi-million dollar categories, executed strategic business plans, and drove sales growth through collaboration with internal and external teams. Lauren's career began at Cato Corporation and Nordstrom, where foundational skills in merchandising and retail management were developed. Lauren earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing from Radford University and is currently a member of the Women in Retail Leadership Circle.
