Mari Triplett

Mari Triplett has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2004, they worked as a Corps Member for AmeriCorps*NCCC, dedicating 10 months to address national and community needs. From 2003 to 2006, they served as a Client Services Coordinator at Human Behavior Associates, managing national accounts and working directly with HR representatives and insurance brokers. In 2006, they became an Account Director at Premier Staffing, Inc., providing staffing solutions to clients in the San Francisco Bay Area. Mari then joined USA Rugby in 2005 as an Athlete for the USA Women's National Team until 2010. From 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Master's degree in Nutrition-Agriculture, Food, and Environment Program at Tufts University. In 2011, they became a Business Development Manager at OR FoodEx, where they focused on growing the business, establishing partnerships, and improving regional produce supply chains. Starting in 2013, Mari worked as the Senior Director of Packaged Goods at Fair Trade USA, overseeing business development and connecting brands, manufacturers, and retailers to producer suppliers. In 2015, they took on the role of Head Coach for the Cal Women's Rugby Program at UC Berkeley, with the goal of establishing it as a top D1 rugby program. Most recently, in 2020, they became a Member of RevGenius. Throughout their career, Mari has demonstrated expertise in business development, leadership, and sustainability within the food industry.

Mari Triplett earned a B.A. degree in Visual Art from UC San Diego in 2003. From 2009 to 2011, they pursued an MS degree in Nutrition, specifically in the Agriculture, Food, and Environment program at Tufts University.
