Maureen Brouwer

Maureen Brouwer is an experienced finance and operations professional with a robust background in international development and project management. Currently serving as the Head of Finance & Operations at Fair Wear Foundation since August 2017, Maureen previously held the position of International Operations Director at Women in Europe for a Common Future from 2012 to 2017, where responsibilities included managing finance, HRM, and project coordination for the EWA initiative. Earlier roles at SNV spanned advisory positions in local governance, financial management, and program administration, highlighting expertise in planning, reporting, and financial control. Maureen holds an MBA in International Management from the European University and a BBA in Business/Managerial Economics from Windesheim.
