Currently serving as a Project Manager at Fairbank Construction Company since August 2023, Chad previously held positions including Construction Manager at Graves + Associates and Superintendent at Clark Construction, LLC, among others. Chad's career spans diverse sectors, from residential home development at Feller Homes Inc. to airport systems engineering at BNP Associates, Inc. Additionally, Chad has a background in brewing at Oskar Blues Brewing Company and landscape architecture as the owner of Stonebrooke Land Design LLC. Chad holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Rhode Island and an Associate in Electrical/Mechanical Drafting from the New England Institute of Technology.
