Management and Coordination

The Management and Coordination team at Fairbanks Native Association oversees the strategic direction and operational efficiency of the organization. This team is responsible for fostering collaboration among various departments, ensuring compliance with regulations, and enhancing communication within the community and among stakeholders. They work to align FNA’s initiatives with its mission of providing comprehensive behavioral health, education, and community services to diverse populations, particularly Alaska Natives.
