Fairbrother
Aaron joined Fairbrother in 2012 as a site foreman before a rapid rise through management roles to take over as South West Victoria Divisional Manger in August 2019.
Aaron has delivered a large number of projects at Fairbrother in a site and Project Manager role with many of these projects winning local and state awards through the Master Builders Association. Being born and raised in the local area he has used his network of suppliers and subcontractors to continue to grow relationships in the area.
In 2018 he was nominated for Young Builder of the Year for the state of Victoria.
In his role as Divisional Manager, Aaron is focused on securing future works and delivering current projects to the highest quality and ensuring excellent safety standards are met.
