After successfully completing his apprenticeship and winning both State and National Master Builder Apprentice of the Year Awards, Phil fast-tracked his way to an office-based role.
Taken under the wing of some of Fairbrother’s most experienced Project Managers, Phil quickly learnt the skills required to deliver successful projects.
From this experience, and from working in Fairbrother’s estimating department, Phil has developed a very detail-orientated approach, underpinned by a strong financial focus.
In July 2021, Phil was appointed to the role of Divisional Manager for Southern Construction in Tasmania.
