Taahir Matthews serves as the Chief of Staff at Faircado since May 2025, focusing on growth, product-market fit, partnerships, investor relations, and strategic projects. Prior to this, Taahir operated as a Freelance Photographer, specializing in fashion and lifestyle in Cape Town since January 2017. From September 2023 to May 2025, Taahir held the position of Business Development Manager at Novocarbo, leading strategic initiatives aimed at company growth and operational excellence. A career break was taken from May 2022 to August 2023, during which Taahir traveled extensively across Central America and Europe. Taahir's experience at Bain & Company from May 2018 to April 2022 included roles as Consultant and Senior Associate Consultant, with a focus on market analysis, strategic ambitions in sustainability, and startup profiling in agriculture. Taahir holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Science: Finance with Accounting and a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting, both from the University of Cape Town.
