FairCheck is the off-the-shelf payroll compliance platform for Australian SMEs, bureaus and award-reliant employers.
Your payroll software processes pay. It does not interpret the law. If your award or enterprise agreement is set up wrong, it pays the wrong amount perfectly, every cycle, behind a screen of green ticks. That is how good employers end up with underpayments they never intended and cannot see.
FairCheck is the layer that catches it. We plug into the payroll systems you already use, read-only, and check every pay against the actual award, enterprise agreement and roster data before payday. You get a clear result on each employee, pass, review or fail, with the clause and rate it is based on and an audit-trail report every run.
It works at every level: a free pay calculator and payslip interpreter anyone can use, an AI assistant that answers questions straight from your award or agreement, and a full pre-payroll pay review for employers and bureaus who want every pay checked automatically.
Built by people who assessed underpayment evidence for law firms, so it is defensible by design, not just a dashboard.
Spellcheck for payroll. Make correct pay boring.
