Shannon Almon

Shannon’s 18 years of experience in the industry has given him the knowledge and tools he needs to serve as Director of Engineering. Operating in the leadership role for estimating bid projects and creating submittals and shop drawings for projects allows him to focus on his passion every day—being able to design systems and then seeing them through to installation. One of the reasons he is so committed to FCS is because of the amazing collaboration of the team, and that joint effort begins at the top with Chuck Fairchild, President and Founder. Outside of work, Shannon enjoys camping and boating with his wife and 9-year-old twins.
